It is common to find malicious or misleading ads on Twitter.

These campaigns use legitimate or believable mocked-up images, but combine them with spurious claims, misquotes and opportunities that are too good to be true.
The domains in these examples — "covid-technotic·com"
, "wet-technologys·click"
, "enviro-technology·com"
— are poor quality but will still convince users to click them — at least to find out more, but then get hooked.
